Will the 4G plan replace the 3G plan? For iPhone

I wonder if sprint will offer $50 for 3G and $80 for 4G meaning replacing the corrent plan.
Not a bad deal if 3G can become the budget plan. As long as it has unlimited data and text.
I can't imagine if Verizon and Sprint charges $100 minimum just for 4G
WAY too much monthly.

For Verizon, there is no cost difference between 3G/4G data plan wise.
