I don't see why. The only surface area touching your skin qwould be the bottom of the watch. Unless you got monstrously flabby wrists.
Because when I do push-ups the back of my had pushed up against the side of the Watch. I think the straight edges might be noticeable after 10 to 20 reps. Are you familiar with push-ups? It has nothing to do with flab on your wrists. I have some push-up paddles that allow me to grip with a fist and they freely rotate but I don’t always have those with me.

Very unlike Apple. Not comfortable to order something without knowing what exactly are it’s specifications.

Yah - well you will have to wait though.

What difference would any specification really make. You get it with GPS or GPS cellular. You get to choose the colour.

You want numerical specifications of the colour?

You wanna know how many Megahertz it's running at?

You wanna know if you can upgrade the RAM?

An Old saying you might not get unless you are old like me:
"This ain't McDonalds - you get it our way or you don't get it at all"

Because I don’t have time after they go on sale. The time for me to decide is now, when I can sit and objectively determine what is right for me. But, Apple is not giving me that option, so yes, I will pass on buying their product. I leave in 5 hours for a very long project that requires all of my attention.

To each their own, sounds like you made the right decision for you.

It is strange though, based on your signature you are not new to Apple products. You know essentially what the AW7 is going to be from the information that HAS been shared by Apple. Sure a few super techy specs weren't available, but either you know enough to know what you are looking for once they are available (quick decision) or those specs don't matter and you just need the price (quick decision). Either way, it seems like within an hour or less (generous for either situation listed above) you could make a reasonable decision. Different people have different time constraints, and maybe this timing was so outrageously unlucky where you were not left with an hour to make your decision and that sucks. I am sorry you were in that position.

I think for most people complaining here though, they just wanted to "get theirs first" and got mad when they couldn't get the information they wanted before the order window opened. The "outrage" wasn't really normal people just looking to get a new Apple Watch, it was tech obsessed impatient people complaining life doesn't work exactly on their schedule.

Side note: I actually did take about 15-20 minutes to learn more about the watch. I was going to get it either way, but I am a curious soul by nature. After reading and considering, I ordered one for me and my wife. They will arrive the first week of November. I am excited not only to get the new watch, but to be able to gift my current one to my father.

You wrote a very well thought-out and considerate post. Thank you for the levity and good perspective.
