Women files $1,000,000 lawsuit against apple about her iphone

Just saw this scrolling on the bottom of the screen on CNN. Because of the $200 price drop she filed a $1,000,000 lawsuit. Might not believe it but CNN it usally pretty credible.

I wonder how big a lawsuit she will file against the car companies for offering bigger rebates days after she bought her car. 😕

The problem is Apple made right by her and it is the price you pay for being the first to buy. She probably called the release day iDay as well so I think the price drop serves her right for taking on that stupid iDay crap!

And where does she come up with this brilliant number of $1,000,000?? By price dropping $200 she should get a cool million?

Apple had every right to do what they did, even if they priced dropped the day after release it was still in their right. Do some people get pissed, yeah but its a free market.

funny thing is, Apple like would have had far less trouble if they had just dropped the price -- and didn't offer any rebates.

All these lawsuits will do in the future is make Apple agree in a court of law to drop prices, and not rebate money retroactively without a rebate program in place in advance of the customer's purchase.
