iPod touch Wont Turn On??!?!?!

I went to turn on my ipod the other day and it wouldn't turn on... I plugged it into the computer and it still didn't work. I tried to reset it by pressing the Power button (top) and The Home button (front) for approx. 10 seconds nothing happened... I'm not sure what to do next. Is it done?
