    • You could turn either power on and off at will
    • You could carry things through walls (so you wouldn't have to be naked and you could steal gold bullion)
    • You would have to hold your breath and it'd be dark in the wall, so breathing equipment and internally illuminated goggles with built in compass may be needed for long trips
    • It's not just walls, that's just what it's called, you know

Weird thread...but I'll choose "see through walls". Then, who would need porn?

Definitely see through rather than walk through.

You can see through a wall without anybody knowing you have that skill. It would be mighty difficult to explain how you walked through a wall, however.

NOTE TO MODS: Does this really need to be in PRSI?

Haha good point there. For me, see through walls also. However, I don't see how I'll need it in real life except looking at who's in the girls toilet.:D

The toilet is not really where I would most like to see them.

    I would do neither.

Walls are there for a reason.

    They serve a purpose.

    I'm in the neither camp.

MOD NOTE: So far no, but I'll let it sit here for a while.

Some walls are for privacy, but many are just there for protection against the elements. We could create a government board to classify which walls serve which purpose and charge higher taxes for walls that solely exist for privacy reasons. This would allow those that really need the walls for privacy to have them (at a cost) and for most folk that don't need privacy all the time but just protection against harsh weather still have them.

Then we could set up cameras at every privacy wall which could watch for people walking through walls and another looking outward to ensure nobody looks at a privacy wall for more than 0.5 seconds. Privacy walls would be required to be painted the same color as school buses so people would know immediately which walls should not be looked through. Privacy walls would be required to be lit up at night. The taxes for having a privacy wall would help pay for the cameras, monitoring, paint, and extra lights.

Gramps, what the hell am I paying you for?
Would you rather be a Republican that can see through walls, or a Democrat that can walk through them?

    SHUT UP!

I'd pick see through walls, but not for the ladies toilets. That's gross. It's the locker room where all the good action is.

It would seem to me if a person had the power to see through walls then the person could easily walk through the wall.

If I could carry what I am holding through the wall with me I would like to walk through the walls. Can my clothes come with me when I walk through walls? What about all the money I am carrying?

Your answer says a lot about you. If you would rather see through them, you're probably a lazy, passive person who plays lots of videos game and watches a lot of tv. But if you want to walk through them, you're a doer. Someone who gets things done. Besides, if u can walk through em and are worried about seeing what's in there first, just poke your head through a corner spot first. Duh.

    Other way around, I think.

See. Greater understanding of your surroundings meaning greater situational awareness. It could help diffuse, predict, reason, and construct.

(And you would see a lot of boobies)

If you can move items through the wall why not just push a little scope through? Then you could effectively do both!

I am tempted to say walk through walls, but with that kind of power I would be too tempted to become a thief lol.... how do you resist walking through the back wall of an Apple store and carrying out all the latest gadgets... or walking through the wall of a bank and coming out with a bag full of cash lol :D

And seeing through walls would be cool at first but then I'm sure it would get boring after a while...

    I'm so torn lol

Be careful about blindly sticking your head through a wall without looking first.

I find a 14lb sledgehammer enables me to see and walk through walls with very little difficulty.
