This is for all the iPhone 4 owners.

If you have an iPhone 4, would you like to have Siri on it or would you rather buy the 4S?

If you don't care either way, would mind getting it had it been in iOS 5?

I caved on the iPhone 4s last week, and I'm glad I did. I was waiting for siri to be ported to my 4 but I had an upgrade to burn. The 4s was a worthy upgrade for me... so far.

    I'd Still Have

Bought the 4S for the camera and the CPU upgrades.... Siri is just a bonus.

Same here. I upgraded from 3GS so it was a huge leap. Totally worth it.

If I had a 4... ehh... won't lie, I probably would have waited it out.

I'd like to have Siri on my 4, but it's not a big enough deal for me to go to the effort of hacking it on or the expense of buying a 4S.

Ideally, I'd have liked it if Apple just officially included it for all iOS 5 devices, but what ya gonna do?

I find Siri gets used less and less.

The improved camera is why I'd buy a 4s or but if its an option wait for the 5.

the screen is just too small on both models.

The home button on my iPhone 4 barely works when you press it. I think it would be hard to activate Siri with it.

I would rather just buy the 4S, as there is a lot more to it than a Siri assistant.

    This right here 100%

Coming from the 3GS it was an amazing boost, It was just SOOOO frustrating how slow iOS 5 was on my 3GS after a few weeks. However if i had a 4, i think i would have just saved the money and waited.

I'm probably not upgrading to the 4S anyway - if my 4 had Siri, it'd be a no brainer NOT to upgrade.

"Would YOU rather have Siri on iPhone 4 or just buy the 4S?"

I would rather just buy the 4S. However, since I am on T-Mobile, the only major US carrier that DOESN'T offer a iPhone, I am stuck with my unlocked iPhone 4 running iOS 4.x. I would like an iPhone 4S, but have no intention of spending $800 to get one. Now that the AT&T purchase of T-Mobile is no longer an option I may have to wait until the iPhone 5 or 6 is launched to be able to afford an iPhone 4S.

The 4S was my first iPhone but I think it should be available on both devices.

    A much debated question 1

Apple will never allow siri to become available through any update for previous versions of the iPhone.

It will work as it was tested through beta testers before the 4s was released although in a reduced capacity on the iPhone 4 according to internet chatter.

As said it won't be long before hackers break it. They have already dealt with the basics.

Im sticking with my iPhone 4 and if the iPhone 5 or whatever apple decide to name it ticks the boxes of my wants and needs, then i will purchase it outright like i do with all my phones.
