Yes, I've posted here on the forums a while back about getting one then but I got cold fingers and didn't pull the trigger then.. but with the new price job it's a done deal. So now I'm finally pulling the trigger for the 60GB version for $299.

Here's where my questions come in. I was just wondering if Best Buy is still the place to go for a great customer service experience (ie their warranty)? Regarding their warranty, I've been hearing some stuff online saying it's changed.. is Best Buy's warranty still the same as before? All the help would be great, thanks again!

Microsoft provides a 3 year warranty on them now. You know that, right?

If you really must have an additional warranty, go to squaretrade.com and use a coupon code: FIFTYOFF for fifty percent off. Should cost less than 20 bucks to insure then.

I would avoid BB warranty if you can.
