xerox 7345 work centre and network security

Hello there;

Our company has a bunch of pc's and three macs. They recently purchased Xerox 7345 work centres.

The issue is, that we have a security code that needs to be entered for departments before you can print.

We have downloaded drivers, and were told from xerox that it allows it. Now that we HAVE the printers, we cannot find where to enter the code...

Anybody else out there tackled this or have any ideas suggestions???

We have a Toshiba work centre and in one of the menus is where you can enter a print code.
