Yellow mark on my iPhone 4 screen ?!

Hi there..its been more than a year since I got my iphone 4..two days ago I noticed a yellow burn mark on the left top corner of my screen..sometimes it doesnt show sometimes yes..Can anyone please tell what is that , from what is caused and what to do about that ?!

Thanks! As you say it's an intermittent fault, I wouldn't have thought it was a problem with the display.

Does the mark only show on some Apps? If you switch to, say, Safari with a blank, white screen, can you see the mark?
