I updated to 5.0 on my iTouch 4G and these problems have started to occur. Its jailbroken.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

You could try unjailbreaking, for starters. It's pointless to try and troubleshoot your issues as long as you're jailbroken.

    have you boot tethered?

edit: after you do the initial JB, you need to re-boot and reboot tethered

so you've jailbroken but have no idea what you're doing? The current jailbreak is tethered only, not untethered.
I'm afraid you'll have to google, i don't see why myself or others should spend time explaining when you didn't do you own research on the most basic aspect :)

There is a forum for jailbreaking/hacks you know? I don't know why some people insist on bringing those discussions here.

as you can see, certain users just don't do their research (or open their eyes and look around :D) I have reported for move.
