Turning my iMac's display to grayscale makes me feel really weird. After a while it even makes be feel a bit sick and makes my head hurt.

Weird?

Quick throw your iMac out the window before your head explodes!

Why would you want to turn your display to grayscale?

Push ctrl+alt+cmd+8 and see if that blows your mind.

Or enable greyscale and inverted at the same time 😵

Ha! Dude, I've known all those tricks for years 😉 Its way easier on your eyes isn't it? I keep it on inverted when my eyes are a bit sore 🙂

Or enable greyscale and inverted at the same time 😵

Yeah, and then pull up the contrast slider all the way to the top as well. The resulting picture will make your eyes bleed.

I put my MBP to grayscale and it gave me a headache 😱. 😎

Same here. However: I can use my Mac Classic (which is black and white) for ages, and not get a headache or anything.

The weird thing is that I only used it on grayscale for about 3 minutes before I got a headache from it. 😕
