iOS iAds no longer shown after upgrading phone to iOS5.1

This is a weird issue, somehow there's no more ads showing in my production app after i upgraded my iPhone 4, 3GS and iPad to iOS 5.1

They're working fine still in 5.0.1 on a 4S.
And simulator on 5.1 works perfectly fine and showing the test ad banner.

Anyone else having this problem?
 
Have no clue on how to upload my screenshot at 12:10AM but I successfully saw iAds in Dots Free on iOS 5.1 (iPod touch 4th generation).

Check the time on the iPad.
 
Same problem here from italy. iAd is not working on the iPhone (5.1) whereas there are no problem on the simulator
