Sorry, this is cross posted because I think I posted the other one in the wrong directory : https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1410679/
Basically, I have iLife '11 and iWork '09 both from DVD. BOTH needed updates today (iPhoto a few days ago). Yesterday neither were showing up as installed on in the MAS. I fixed that problem.
Today I installed ML. No problems. I then with to -Software Update and it loads the MAS. It did detect that iWork needed to be updated and performed that update. But iLife didn't, the files still say, "Update". When I click the update button of the app, it says I didn't buy it from the MAS, thus won't update.
Is Apple abandoning the DVD media versions of iLife? I hope not. It is odd that iWork seemed to be fine, but not iLife.
