I dont understand why you cant buy an Airport Extreme base station with a built in ADSL modem? After all they make one with an dial up modem
Now I need to find one that works well with all my airport kit.

Not everyone has DSL so apple would have to make two kinds of a basestation. Wouldn't be such a bad idea if they had both DSL and Cable modem in a base station.
