hi i'm having problems w/ my hp printer after reinstallng its software. basically, OSX can still print w/ it, but i can't use the scanner. neither the HP Device Chooser or the Setup Assistant can "see" the printer over USB but OSX will still print to it. i have asked hp and repaired permissions+rebooted but nothing is working... help? thankx
