Transcoding with Videora

I have no idea what the kbps is about. So, is it the higher the kbps for audio and video the higher the quality? For my video settings, I have it up to 768 kbps, 320x240 resolution, 29.97 fps and the aspect ratio is 1:1. It is also under the H264 setting. For audio i got 576 kbps stereo. Will the ipod accept this?

just download the ipod converter from the site

and that should set the default

and there is prolly a default button in the app, so apply that and it should return it to a state that is plauable on the ipod...
