Lol, it just looks so wrong, especially with the default theme. Maybe if it was 'OS X'd up' a bit :P

Hah. Now thats an idea.

Who can post a intel mac running windows with enough hacks to make it look as close to OS X as possible.

Just the idea makes my head hurt as much as the halo mac > xbox > PC > mac history.... aaaaagh.

I must say it feels and looks really strange running XP on my iMac. Something unfamiliar about it. I agree with the previous poster who said that the default theme in particular looks the worst, I usually drop the desktop picture in favor of a plain color desktop on all of my XP boxes.
Haha, are you watching Dora The Explorer or something in the background?
Definitely Dora. I can even tell you what episode, as I'm afraid I know all of them by heart.

Here's it running in a Parallels VM.

Note the ballon text that pops up every 2-3 minutes. This is one of the biggest annoyances about Windows - I ****** know I don't have a virus checker installed.

Edit: By the way "Fixit machine" is one of my 3yr old's favorites.

I have a 2.8 Pentium D with 2.5gb of memory and a 7200rpm HD, and your iMac is faster in Windows mode then the real thing I have sitting in the office. Go figure?

Thats just complete BS! Either you don't know what you are doin in Windows or you have bad hardware or driver problem..

Pardon me for taking Windows side on this specific comment.. but I'm a pro Windows XP user and handle about 80+ computers @ work, both software as well as system config and i haven't seen a blue screen in ages.. Tho, i have to admit i use Mac os X @ home :o

PS: I'm talking about Windows XP here..

That is a trip. Something I dream about and then wake up and say "no way will that be possible" woah. I am humbled.

You should be BANNED for committing such lude acts in public. Can you see there are children here?! .... Though I knew you man!

LOL, J/K! I think this picture should be reposted on the next page just once as a warning to those wanting to boot in WinXP to do their business work in.

That blue screen picture should be the official logo for Apple's Bootcamp software :)
