Anyone tried RC1 of Vista on the Mac Pro?

I have tried Pre RC1 32-bit without any success. I am downloading RC1 now. I am not expecting any difference, though. The build is only a few days older. It fails after install, during the first real boot. It bluescreens loading the wd.sys driver.

I am also downloading the 64 bit version to see if it is any different.

By the way, I am installing the Ultimate edition. I don't know that it would make any difference though.

I saw an article a couple of weeks back, it ran just fine. I'll try to find the link....

That's on a MacBook though. Different hardware entirely.

Oh goody. :D I demand at least an Imagewriter II and floppy drive on my MacPro if I'm getting that many colors. LOL
