Can you be more specific? It's been flawless for me so far.
Here's one example (look in the lower righthand corner of this image):

Here's one example that you can test yourself: Just try changing your equalizer main volume slider up or down quickly and you'll notice a very obvious delay.

Here is an excerpt that I posted in another thread regarding iTunes: "I personally conclude that it is ugly -- especially the grayish Windows looking oval buttons. Detailed imaging with texture and a natural look (such as reflective buttons) is beautiful (and makes a good looking interface) which is why the brushed metal looks so good. For another example try comparing the new iTunes icon to Safari's icon -- Safari's looks much better because of its high quality details that were thoughtfully put into it."

Just click
here. If you need more information on why each minor feature of an interface is so important just ask me and I will explain it to you in full detail.

What would you like to see work differently?
Full screen, tilting albums, glow, album covers that pop out, letters for scrolling and smooth scrolling -- all of this is part of the CoverFlow Application so why was it necessary for Apple to make their integration worse? Like I said before I still use the original CoverFlow Application instead of iTunes 7 inferior integration.

Hmmm. This is what prompted my post. What are you talking about? I have a search bar. Works fine. Just like always. It is available in all view modes. I'm a misunderstanding you?
Yes you are misunderstanding me. The search bar that was part of iTunes 6 and was removed in iTunes 7 offered a lot more than searching because is provided a superior way sorting that iTunes 7 unwelcomely doesn't offer.

More steps is my main complaint but not my only one.

I hadn't notived this. That is kind of a dumb feature to drop. Not sure what that is all about. You can, of course, reassign it under System Preferences. That should work easily enough.
I know and I have done this but my point is that Apple certainly didn't do a good job finalizing and perfecting their modifications to iTunes 6 and the improper documentation of this removed feature is one example.

Yeah, well I guess not everyone likes blue.
Refer to my point about the Safari icon compared to the iTunes icon.

I'm all ears. I really like the new iPod interface for selecting songs, photos, contact info, and iCal events. It works well for me.
I think the interface is dully ugly by my artistic standards but it might be well featured -- I've only seen screenshots such as this one:

Mayeb I'm just jaded by my new 8Gb Nano! Fun toy!!
Maybe so.
😉 I've always wanted an iPod but have never gotten around to getting one.
Like I've said in another thread: "I am saddened by this release. This is the worst piece of Apple software since prior to Jaguar. (And I thought Pages was bad.)"
🙁
Here's hoping Apple has a comeback.
