I've got an apple bluetooth keyboard and mouse but for some reason the keyboard has stopped working. It won't connect via bluetooth. The mouse is working fine, but the keyboard not. I've tried reconnecting it, and it comes up of the list of bluetooth items but when I try and pair it, it comes up with a passkey but then says that the pairing attempt was unsuccessful. I've changed the batteries but it still won't work.
I've contacted apple, but they don't know what the problem is. They sent me a new keyboard which arrive today and it's the same problem. The keyboard comes up on the list of bluetooth items, but it won't pair up. Any ideas how to sort it?????
