so i was cleaning off my keybord and i forgot to turn it off :rolleyes: so know everything i do, every application i go to every letter i type it speaks it out how do i turn it off??

Go to System Preferences>Speech and uncheck the button that says "Speak selected text when key is pressed"

Command-F5 (You may need to hold down the fn key depending on how you have your function keys configured.)

open Word

find AutoCorrect

then have it replace "the" for "buy a mac"
