Go to Tools - Rules Select - New Name the Rule - 1st Email Address change criteria to ?if Any recipient? is ?1st email address? then ?Move message? and choose appropriate folder for 1st email address. Click OK. Go to Tools - Rules Select - New Name the Rule - 2nd Email Address change criteria to "if Any recipient" is "2nd email address" then "Move message" and chose appropriate folder for 2nd email address. Click OK. When you do a send and receive all it should place the appropriate messages in the correct folders.
