Vista + Macbook

I got a strange problem when i try to restart Vista (fresh install) on my macbook.. It kinda says log off, then shutting down, then black screen, and then black screen lighted.. after like 30 secs i shut it off using the button.

Anyone know how i can fix this??? I would be very glad lol

Shutdown problems and Windows.... Why am I not surprised ...

You probably have to go in and change some obscure registry key that no one has yet encountered....

Restart is lumped in with shutdown on Windows. This is typically an area that gets lots of focus during beta testing.... 'cause it tends to be an issue...

the system preferences should be enough...

I get the exact same issue with Vista. BTW, it's legit through work so please don't lecture me about stealing. I have no problems with shutdown on my desktop PC at work so I assume it has something to do with the macbook itself.

you're poor macbook is probably just rampantly sick with disease.

i think the disease is called 'windows' :)

It's typically an issue that is related to the hardware drivers, so the fact that the MacBook doesn't have official Vista drivers is probably the root of the problem.
