Uh, Mac OS X Tiger is the newest OS from Apple. Panther came before Tiger, and can be found on places like e-bay.

That's the latest one and it does run nicely on that PowerMac - but make sure you get the RAM first. Tiger needs a minimum of 256Mb Ram and a recommended of 512Mb so get the Ram before the upgrade.
