iPod Album art doesn't show on Classic?!

So i got a shiny new 160Gb Classic and some UE super fi 5 pro's and thought i'd re-rip my music to lossless (AIFF). However, when i sync'd my classic this morning no album art shows up at all, anywhere.

I don't get it. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a classic issue or an issue ripping AIFF?
 
Not sure if yours is the same problem I initially had, but I did something like that too and I had to spend three days manually adding all the album art again.
 
But shouldn't iTunes get the album art when you rip the CD?

Guess i can get iTunes store thing to get it all for me, but i shouldn't have too. LAME.
