Changin icons?

I've managed to successfully change the layout of my icons... which is nice.

But.... How do you actually change the icons? I've downloaded a pack of icons, but don't know how to go about changing them.

How do ya do it?!

ok.... got it now!

Simply rename the icon you'd like to use to "icon.png" and replace it within .app folder located in the Applications folder on your iPod.

Makes sense. Do the icons need to be a particular size? I'd look but I'm not at my Mac.
