how do i find an open port??
im living at a youth hostel for a year in israel on a program... and im trying to find an open port to use for azureus.
and also, how do i open up the port in the new leopard firewall??

Depends on your ISP/router. Try this guide (http://portforward.com/routers.htm).

yes i know about that site...
the thing is, im plugged through ethernet directly to the wall...
which i then assumes goes to the youth hostel's router.
so i dont know what kind of router they use, and i dont have access to it anyways.

there is a command in terminal; which i have conveniently forgotten!!!
uummm i shall get back to you.
to open the port in leopard just add "azures" into the allowed section on your firewall.
