THANK YOU!!!! been looking for something like this, do you recommend OWC, or crucial? crucial seems more professional and reliable, but OWC is cheaper, im thinking about going with crucial

I like Crucial and just bought some RAM from them for a couple of PC's at work. For my iMac I got a few months ago at home, I went with OWC for RAM. I had a great experience with OWC and would highly recommend them. I also bought the Guardian MAXimus from them after the first purchase.

Go ahead and save a few bucks and go with OWC.

BTW, it was very easy to change the RAM in my iMac.

i know the topic was old , but google is win when looking for guides to do something and i am a new mac user, in this case 27" iMac and wanted to add more memory to it.
