Hello,
I currently own an iPod Touch, and love it. I'm not much of a phone user (I use my current phone MAYBE 20 mins a month), but I would love to have a mobile camera, and have everything all in one without having to haul both my ipod and phone.
It looks like the cheapest plan is $69.99/mo, is this correct?

yes, but what I did was got a used 1st gen iphone (you could probably find one sealed on ebay) and then unlocked it with the pwnage tool (really easy), then, I got the cheapest "pick your plan" from at&t for $30 a month. Then I added unlimited data (they call it medianet) for $20 and I was good to go. BTW: with this, you also don't have to be tied to a 2 year contract.

Can you give me some more info on this. I've wanted to do this but thought the cheapest family plan was 129.
Thanks

If your on a family plan and your the "additional line" then your line only costs 10 dollars. So 10 dollars plus a 3g unlimited data plan=40$ per month for your line.
Check out my thread about this. I asked the same question couple months back.

The way I read that is it is after the first 2 phones though correct? If my family only has 2 cell phones(both Iphones) the cheapest plan is $129, do I understand this correct?

No. The first line is regular price, the second would be $10 + $30 data plan.
I have two 3G phones on the family plan and my monthly price comes to $153 for 700 minutes shared.
