When I start Pages, it gives me the dialog box asking me what type of document I want to create, or to choose an existing file. Alternatively, if click "Do not show this box at startup" then it simply opens a blank document when I open Pages.

What if I do not want either one; when I start Pages, I want it to do nothing; just open and not give me a dialog box nor open a blank document.

Is this possible?

Maybe it's possible to open Pages using an AppleScript that closes the window automatically?
