Real World Airport Express-N throughput

What should I expect real-world throughput-wise on a all 802.11N 5GHz airport express network (no G devices connecting to the AE)? The computer and the AE would be about 20 feet apart. What kinds of speeds are you guys getting?

I an get 20MB/s transfers on 5GHz N, a bit slower on 2.4GHz. On my Linksys router I can get even faster.

quite sad how slow 802.11n actually is...

on 2.4ghz i get around 6megaBYTES p/s

I average about 110 Mbps.
