Any way to fax from Mac with Canon MX850/860/7600?

OK, it seems that the only alternative to a huge Samsung duplex laser would be one of these printers.

But as it doesn't duplex for fax, the workaround would be to duplex scan and then send the fax from the computer.

Or as a last resort, fax from memory card or USB stick. Is it even possible to do that?

Why not use one of the many internet fax solutions on the web? If you Google "internet fax", you'll find dozens of them.
 
What happened to the fax support on Mac OS? All of the documents on Apple's site have been pulled.
