Post your equipment that runs 24/7. Whether it be servers, external hard drives, computers, etc. Also mention how long has it been running for.

I'm happy to say I have nothing that runs 24/7. Normally, my tv, Time Capsule, speakers, cable modem, and cable box would be on 24/7, but I have everything set up so that it can all be turned off with the flick of two switches to save energy all night. My MBP sleeps most nights, and the other Macs get shut down.

My MBP technically is always running, just sleeping. When I move I close it down through.

Yeah i have a sledgehammer right next to me when feeling to give it a little punch, it should be erased from the earth.
I have got the CPU INIT problem alot and it always takes like 2 hours to fix it everytime so yeah, the motheboard is a pain in the ass.
My latest problem is that it totaly wont let me put 4 memory sticks in it, i have tried every volt on both memory and NB and every timing config but no luck there.

My PowerMac G4 (Quicksilver 2002) runs pretty much 24/7. That was until we had a power outage on Friday and the damned thing shut itself down and wouldn't turn back on.
It's just a flat battery so I pulled it, pressed the internal reset button, popped the little battery back in and way she went.
Gonna cost me $10 to get a new battery for it and it wouldn't surprise me if I got another 7 years out of it.
