Take a look and criticize.
We set it up through webs.com because we don't know html

It looks nice and clean, good format (as far as I can see). I personally think you should have a banner and a background image.

Were working on a header but I don't think we want a background image its really important to us that the site stays simple and easy to read.

Make the title click to go home.

Looks simple and easy to use. :)

Also, it's a good idea to have it validate (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fspraytm.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0). Fortunately, the W3 checker points out the errors so you know where to go to correct them.

What does having it validate do?

Looks like you're using rapidweaver. Nice app, I use that myself.

The site looks nice.

There's no getting around the fact that a good percentage of your traffic will come from Google - and higher your ranking the more traffic you'll get. Work on making your site more SEO-friendly - there's always room for improvement.

Also, build a network - share link with other sites of similar interest, take out a special Twitter account (or, really, just post to your own) and tweet new posts, etc. Get involved with other people who do the same thing, and be active in your special interest 'community.'

Mods: Can this be moved to the Web design forum? :)
