No more microphone port on the 13" unibody

It doesn't bother me personally (I use a USB headset), but Apple looks to have removed the microphone port from the new MBP 13". From the technical specs page (http://www.apple.com/macbookpro/specs-13inch.html):


Combined optical digital output/headphone out (user-selectable analog audio line in)
Supports Apple Stereo Headset with microphone


The 15 and 17s still have their regular audio input.

yeah this bothers me slightly as I guess the single dual input and output will only be mono for input!

if it does digital stereo input over digital as well as digital stereo output I guess that would be ok... still a bit of a pain in an otherwise fantastic update...
