It's got whistling in it, but it's not the Whistle Song and it's not that other song by Newton... it's really popular in European clubs, and it's definitely a couple years old... anyone know?

I guess the best way to explain the song is that it's definitely techno/house, and there's this sort of whistling that is the chorus... SO vague, I know. A lot of European clubs play this song, it's been around a couple of years, it's not really popular in the U.S. ...
I also don't know if there are any lyrics...I don't think there are, but I could be wrong (I always hear it when I'm out and don't pay attention to the lyrics...)

I somehow missed the "techno" in the name until this point and went purely on "whistling"! Sorry bout that. I would offer more ideas, but techno isn't my forte....

uhm...it's kinda hard on here, but my best bet would be the part with the actual whistling - and it's not real whistling, it's definitely synthesized to sound like whistling: da DUM da dumdum [andddd this is repeated... the caps mean the notes go up significantly]. This is basically the "chorus" of the song.

Record yourself humming it in quicktime or something and upload it to some file-uploading site.

Techno isn't really my style, but I once heard this techno song that was like "dum dum dum", and there was this high pitched siren, and some old science fiction quote like "The system is down".
