iphone and photo's

how do i add photos onto my iphone?
while still keep my old photos on my fone?

is there an way an how?

Just create an album in iphoto/aperture (if you're mac based), then goto itunes/devices/iphone select photo's from the tab, enable the checkbox to "sync photo's from" choose iphoto or aperture from the drop down and then check "selected albums" and check the required album, click apply and sync

In iTunes you can select a folder where your images are stored and select them there.

As noted by the other poster, iTunes is integrated with Aperture and iPhoto so selecting the library is quite easy within iTunes.
