Hi Guys,
I'm just about to buy an external harddrive for my 1.5 GHz powerbook G4 512 MB DDR SDRAM. At first I wasn't sure wether to get a firewire 800 or a USB2. hdd. I realise that FW800 would be faster, but I've found a nice compact USB2 version.
I checked in the system details on my computer and it says USB High-Speed Bus up to 480 Mb/sec, Please can someone tell me if my powerbook has USB2?

thanks loads, BEET

avoid usb like the plage with large storage stuff like optical and HD drives.

get a firewire 400 one there cheap and faster than usb 2.

$150 holy **** thats expensive.

get a cheap firewire 400 case firewire 800 will yield no great benefits.
