Any better wireless monitor program?

The Internet Connect screen leaves a little to be desired. Is there anything that you can download that will show the signal strength, transfer rates and stuff?
 
You could try Macstumbler it will show a list of wireless networks in your range and display the signal strength for each
 
Menumeters is good, although doesn't show anything specific as to connection speed; it does show snapshots of bytes in/out. It does also have a nice visual representation of how the network is being used.
