Suddenly wrong time?

A restart has fixed this for most people after the Daylight Savings Time change
Along with toggling automatic in the settings

Tried a restart no change.

Was working yesterday, but today it shows time off by one hour.

When I check settings/general/date and time:
Set Automatically is ON but the location shows Winnipeg?

Location services is on
and maps is showing my correct location and its not Winnipeg.

Strange.

UPDATE : without known reason it corrected it self later in the morning.
