when you have reached your limit?

I have just done a spring clean of my PC and wiped it and started a fresh. now iTunes is saying that I have reached my authorised limit and I cannot reset for a year.

so I was wondering if I ring apple can they reset via phone call?

Log into your iTunes account and reset from there. Can be done in iTunes when you have reached your five limit. Ooops you have done your reset for the year didn't see that. You will need to contact the iTunes Store support via email http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/
