wrong: this is the iPad wallpaper, not the iPhone 5 one! Look better at the picture, please.
sorry at first glance i thought both ipad & iPhone had the same wallpaper.
The problem with that wallpaper it will be difficult to find the exact one, the 'style' was very trendy on deviantart at one point tons would popup every other day with different hues and effects, sorry I can't be much help but here's a starting point and a few of my personal favs of that style.
These walls are usually in Minimalistic>Light

it's very hard to tell exactly what the wallpaper should look like on that phone with the picture you uploaded. the picture i posted was one that i created from a bigger picture that i found.
