Apple Seeds iOS 7.1 Beta 2 to Developers [Updated]

This just doesn't sound like enough of a change to be a .1 release. Seems more like it should be another incremental .0.1 update (aka 7.0.5). Consider me underwhelmed.
 
I don't really care if they have a "dark" option for the keyboard, I just want them to return the .com button. Why did they get rid of that. It's such a simple feature, but greatly missed when gone.
 
If your are one of those who using the 7.1 beta without having your UDID registered it will stop working with beta 2, mine just said it wasn't part of the Developer program and I did a OTA

yup, caution folks......anyone not part of the true beta, you will be locked out of your phone.

A lot of people had issues in the early beta process of 7 where the .com button would easily be pressed when typing in searches since they unified the address bar with search. I always hit it by mistake since the space bar was much shorter. I'm glad they took it away because of the typos.

installed, only thing I notice is the animations are quicker (zoom in and zoom out) so far.
 
Mr. Federighi, if you're reading this, please add rich text and colour imput to Notes app.

Text tone bug has been fixed.
New button shapes option under accessibility (seems to underline things as well)
looking for keyboard fix now...
 
also, the dark keyboard option is gone but there is a new accessibility option called "Button Shapes".

Button shapes looks horrible.
 
New feature in Accessibility....button shapes. creates a faux button behind the text for those who prefer.

Just a warning to non-devs who might install this:

Apple is enforcing registration of the device with beta 2!! I updated and suddenly was told I had to register the iPad in the developer portal to activate.

I did (we have an account through work) and was able to activate, but to those who are not developers you might be SOL updating to beta 2!

So don't update to Beta 2 if you don't have your device registered with a dev account. I for one think it's pretty damn sneaky for Apple to let people install Beta 1 but then enforce this on Beta 2. :(

Any of these releases made any assertions to the touchID being fixed? Mine crashes when I unlock the phone 1/4 times.
 
FINALLY they bring back list view to calendar.
That really been the only thing I've been missing in iOS7
 
So people are really complaining that Apple is labeling this 7.1 instead of 7.05? Seriously?
