just finished a chat with apple support about the watch languages
i have been told that every language that is on iOS 8.3 will be available on the watch...:apple:

"Will be" or "is"? Maybe it depends on your location as to what languages you can see? I don't know. But they're the only one I could find.

Maybe it has to do with which language you have your phone set to.
