Can I setup bootcamp, win7 and extra FAT32 partition?

Hello all. Can I install bootcamp, windows 7 and set up a third FAT32 data partition on my Mac all without touching my OSX installation (besides the large loss of disk space to its partition of course)? I'm pretty sure I've done this before but it has been a couple of years now.

This is a bit confusing. Do you mean two separate installs of Windows, or BootCamp (Win7) and an extra partition.

Either way, the answer is yes. Just using Disk Utility to create the FAT32 partition, and then use BootCamp to create your BootCamp partition.

Yes. Up to 3 total partitions (Mac, extra partition, bootcamp) will work.

FAT is limited to 4gb files max though.

The 4GB limit is incorrect, Microsoft imposes an artificial limit as they wanted people to migrate from FAT to NTFS. While windows cannot create a partition exceeding 4gb, OSX.

FAT32 has a limit of 137GB

We're talking about file size limit, not partition size limit. FAT32 indeed has a 4 GB file size limit.
