Question on Parallels 6 with MacBook Pro

Was wondering if you have to load a 64bit windows operating system or if you can run a 32bit??
 
You can run either version. Given that its a virtual environment, you'll see a little more performance in the 32bit flavor as it has less over head to manage and the benefit of running 64bit is largely mitigated because of that overhead
 
Is Parallel 6 and Windows hard to setup and install??? Any pointers to maybe a tutorial..
