I bought a new Mac book Pro in mid September 2010 and always had issues with the internet speed on it, most notably with streaming from netflix, hulu, etc..(would play for 15-20 seconds and then say "internet connection has slowed, we will adjust to eliminate further interruption"

Now I always thought it was my Internet connection at school, however when I took out my old Mac book that I bought in 2006 and started streaming it worked without any interruption.

I am fully up to date on software and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on ways of fixing it?

Also, I have ran speed-tests on both computers and they aren't too different from one another

unforutntaely, those results give us nothing to go off.

can you provide some more info? such as the frequency each notebook is running off and the rate of connection, and maybe even run some internal tests?

what OS are they both running?

seems a wierd problem though:(
