Fireftp
The Fireftp addon to Firefox works pretty well for me. I do web maintenance and even large file uploads with it and it's stable. The main problem I have with some FTP applications is reliability more than speed, but I have a pretty low cap on speed with my ISP so I wouldn't know about these 10mpbs upload speeds that some have.
