Anyone else have this? As soon as I placed the NCSettings widget on my home screen (via Dashboard X) I had around 7 crashes into safe mode in a row whenever I would use the widget

Any reason why NCSettings widget being on the homescreen would do this?

Edit: simply removed "dashboard x" from the title to help those who might have reading / comprehension issues.

NCSettings crashed for me, I have version 1.3-1 now upgraded from Version 1.2-1

All they did ( the widgets ) to my device was eating up all the RAM and slowing down my device, fiercly.

I'm still stuck with using ONE widget ... :)

people still having crashing issues?

Yup. Crashes every single time, freezing my iPhone 4 completely as soon as I try to open Notification Center. The best part? I've uninstall NCSettings and WeeLoader and Notification Center is still crashing. Restore here I come I guess.

Sorry to hear you're having the issue.

I went ahead and restored. Then only downloaded NCSettings (No Dashboard X) and my 4S seems to do fine now, no crashing.

I think it was a combination of Dashboard X and using Springtomize to put a 5th row of icons on my 4S where I would put the NCSettings widget that caused the issue for me.

Just scary though that stuff like that could happen where you need to restore. You really need to figure out which tweaks work ahead of time before Apple patches up the exploit and stops signing 6.1 :(

Whew. Got it sorted. I saw this thread: WeeKillBackgroundPro Users - Update Warning Now I wasn't having the boot loop, but pulling down NC did crash every time. Uninstalled WeeKill and things are back to working fine. Oddly enough I'm now glad that I spent the afternoon finishing off my take-home Cultural Theory midterm which meant I didn't have time to restore/rejailbreak my phone.

iphone 5 here, with Evasion jb and ios 6.1.

I haven't had any problems with NCSettings, but I only use it in the notification center, not on the homescreen as a widget.

So weird how people have varying experiences with the same jailbreak, and same apps. For example, Zephyr is draining my battery, while it is fine for others. There shouldn't be any difference since they should all be the same code. I guess since we all have different apps and settings, some may conflict with certain apps like Zephyr or NCSettings. Either that, or there is some user error with regards to installation.
