Booting in safe mode doesn't do anything. I have did reset the ram. Still nothing happens. It just get the grey apple logo and freezes. Then Kernel Panic pops up. I took it to a mac store not an official one but a third party one and they instantly told me without even attempting to read or look at the log that it was the logic board. I just paid a huge amount of money for a repair. And my laptop is no in warranty anymore. Does apple cover parts that were replaced from repair?

Yes, Apple offers a 90 day warranty on any replaced parts.
Have you tried taking it to another shop for a second diagnostic?
